Cancellation Policy
Reservation & Deposit A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your picnic date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. Bookings made within 48 hours of the event require full payment and possible rush fee. Optional Add-Ons Add-ons (photography, extra hours, desserts, etc.) are selected at booking and added to your total. Add-ons cannot be removed or refunded once confirmed. Weather Policy If weather affects your picnic, you may reschedule once within 60 days at no additional charge, subject to availability. If a suitable date cannot be agreed upon, your deposit will convert to a future event credit. Cancellation Policy Reschedule 7+ days prior → no fee Cancel within 7 days → deposit is forfeited Cancel within 48 hours → full amount is non-refundable Damages & Extra Charges A card is kept on file to cover accidental damage or excessive cleaning (no charge unless necessary). Arrival & Experience Arrive and enjoy — we handle setup, styling, and takedown. Please respect the venue and any local rules for outdoor spaces.
